2. Doorstep Scrap Pickup Bookings

• 100% Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel or reschedule any scheduled scrap pickup request at zero cancellation fee anytime prior to the assigned collector arriving at their doorstep.
• No Advance Fee Required: Nivara One does not charge any upfront booking or convenience fees from households. You pay nothing to request a pickup.
• Doorstep Payout Settlement: Payouts for collected recyclables are issued instantly in cash or via direct UPI transfer to your bank account immediately upon digital scale weighing and 4-digit PIN verification. In the rare event of an incomplete UPI transaction due to banking network failure, our system automatically initiates a re-attempt or manual bank NEFT transfer within 24 business hours.

3. Upcycled Creators Studio: Returns & Refunds

• 7-Day Return / Replacement Guarantee: If any handcrafted product purchased from the Upcycled Creators Studio arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from the product description, you may initiate a return or replacement request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge in the app or by emailing support before the product has been dispatched for delivery.
• Return Pickups: Upon approval of your return request, our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost to you.
• Refund Processing Timelines: Once the returned item is inspected at our fulfillment hub, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) within 3 to 5 business days.
